Founded by Ashley Stevenson and Julien Havelock-Hill, Twelve Acres brings together decades of experience in cleaning, property maintenance, luxury hospitality and high-volume service delivery. We’ve built a business that’s flexible, proactive, and deeply reliable, offering everything from communal block cleaning and emergency callouts to electrical work, mechanical servicing, fire safety, building works, pest control, grounds care, and much more.

Our team delivers both routine and specialist services under one roof, backed by trusted partners, in house operatives and a single point of contact for every client. Through our cleaning division - Twelve Acres Cleaning -  we continue to deliver high quality cleaning for blocks, estates, end-of-tenancy resets, carpets, and interior and exterior deep cleans.
